The Road America Drivers’ Education “RADE” event is a driver school put on each spring by the Chicago Region Porsche Club with an emphasis on safety. Held in Elkhart Lake, WI at Road America, one of the premier racetracks in the world. This program has been developed over many years to teach you the skills you need to drive your Porsche or BMW at its limits in a safe and secure environment.

We have offered a limited number of spots to Badger Bimmer BMW members. Those with previous Road America experience along with their BMW’s only are invited.

This event is held over Memorial Day weekend and is open to all Porsche and BMW sports cars that can pass technical inspection (Cayennes, Macans, X5s or other SUV’s are not allowed), and to all drivers age 18 and older with an emphasis on the novice driver. Starting Thursday night, May 23rd with a novice driver meeting, and ending Sunday, May 26th, RADE leaves Memorial Day open to celebrate with friends and family.

All Novice drivers to Road America must attend a drivers meeting Thursday, May 23rd at 8 PM to receive instructions and be assigned a Chicago Region Driving Instructor. Novice drivers should have attended at least one prior DE track event, such as Chicago Region’s Blackhawk Novice Day.

Your registration at WWW.Clubregistration.net fee includes1 free event shirt (select size). The shirt will be a long sleeve variety. In order to make sure we minimize the number of extra, unsold event shirts, those who pay after May 1st MAY NOT receive a shirt as requested.

Cancellations must be in writing or email and received by May 10, 2019 includes a $25 processing fee. No refunds after May 10, 2019
